1. About us

This site is operated by Ovara Global Ltd, trading as Beverly Hills, Registered Office: 20 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Ovara Global Ltd.

By placing an order or using this website you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully and contact us if anything is unclear.

2. Products and information

Product descriptions, INCI panels and active percentages are published from confirmed batch documentation. Colours and textures shown in photography are indicative and may vary slightly between batches.

Our products are cosmetics, not medicines. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and results described refer to the appearance of skin. Individual results vary. Always patch test and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

3. Orders and pricing

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order by email or dispatch the goods. We may decline an order where stock is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or payment cannot be authorised.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges and any taxes are shown before you confirm payment. Voucher codes are single use unless stated otherwise and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details. If a payment is reversed or disputed we may suspend related orders and subscriptions until the matter is resolved.

5. Delivery

Orders are fulfilled by Royal Mail. Estimated delivery times are guidance only and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable period of the estimated date, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

6. Returns and cancellation

If you are a consumer in the UK you may cancel most orders within 14 days of receipt and return the goods within 14 days of telling us. Items must be unused and in their original sealed packaging for hygiene reasons.

Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items will be replaced or refunded in full, including return postage. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

7. Subscriptions

Subscribe & Save orders renew automatically at the interval you select, at the discounted rate in force at the time of renewal. You can pause, change the interval or cancel at any time from your account before the next renewal date.

Renewal orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled, but may be returned under section 6.

8. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

9. Intellectual property

All brand names, copy, photography and site design are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
